Every SECOND THURSDAY of the month etchers are invited to bring their personal projects to the studio to etch or print in the company of other artists. All you need is a plate and paper! The studio will provide tools and black ink.
Sasha Schilbrack-Cole or other local etchers will be present to greet you at the studio.
Atlanta Printmakers Studio is a non-profit community printmaking studio located in the historic West End neighborhood just minutes from downtown Atlanta, Georgia. Founded in 2005 to promote the fine art of printmaking, the studio offers access to a well-equipped studio and diverse educational programs that foster the development of printmaking as a vibrant and progressive art form. Each year APS provides the community with a variety of experiences such as classes, workshops, residencies, internships and exhibitions. In addition to activities in the studio, APS offers a continuing calendar of outreach events to serve the local community. We welcome all artists and the general public to join us in creating, learning about, and collecting fine art prints.
