Hannah Adair My work is about the tactile, sensual body and abstract inner experience. This body of work is inspired by the mythological figure Lilith. She is the first woman, before Eve, who is exiled from the Garden of Eden for refusing to be subordinate to Adam. Using this narrative as a starting point, I am approaching the subjects of sexuality and the monstrous feminine with a sense of humor and play.
